Strozzapreti with Wheat Germ - 500g
Strozzapreti made from durum wheat semolina; Tuscan specialty; the dough is rolled out in thick flat sheets, then cut into strips. The strips are lightly rolled or twisted between the palms. The large pasta is separated into smaller pieces by pinching. Suggested serving is 125 g per portion and cooking time 9 minutes.
