We maintain all our olives following the regulations for biological agriculture, request all the years for the corresponding certification and are inspected by regional authorities. With this our olive oil will receive in 2023 (three years after having moved to biological agriculture) the quality level "BIOLOGICO". This means that - since we have opened our farm in 2020 - we have not been using any chemicals to maintain the trees. Up from the 2023 campaign (olive oil produced in October/November 2023 and sold from end of 2023 to November 2024) we will be allowed to put the labels on the right to our olive oil and to call it Olio Extravergine di Oliva BIOLOGICO. Until then our olive oil is in "conversion".
