Luvarossa is a typical Tuscan wine with a fruity aroma produced from the variety of red grades the farm Fratelli Urbani cultivates – Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Merlot, black Malvasia, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. After the fermentation, the wine ages for 8 – 12 months before it is bottled for final refinement.
Luvarossa perfectly pairs with salami, ham and cheese (also fresh one), summer plates and all the typical dishes from the Lucca kitchen.
In order to fully enjoy the taste of Luvarossa, uncork the bottle and let it rest for some time at room temperature (approximately 18˚) before serving.
