This wine is produced 100% from Canaiolo grapes. After the fermentation, it ages in barrique for 10 – 12 months before getting its final refinement in the bottles. This Canaiolo is a very elegant and balanced wine.
This wine accompanies perfectly your main dishes and makes them tastier. It is perfect with red meat, such as venison, grilled beef and pork, beef stew, cold cuts and aged cheeses.
After uncorking let the wine rest for an hour at least before serving it at a temperature of 18˚ to 20˚.
