Delivery only to Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia and Spain Cabernet is produced from mainly Cabernet Franc grapes blended with a small portion of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. After its fermentation of 15 days, the wine ages in chestnut barrels according to local tradition for 12 – 24 months. After bottling, it rests for getting its final refinement. This wine accompanies perfectly dishes of red meat – grilled or roasted beef or pork, beef stew and venison. In order to fully enjoy the taste of this Cabernet, uncork the bottle, decant the wine and let it rest for some time at room temperature (approximately 18˚) before serving.
