This wine is the local DOC wine of Montecarlo in the Lucca province. It is produced mainly from Trebbiano grapes with small percentages of Sauvignon, Pinot Grigio, Pinot Bianco, Rousanne, Vermentino and Semillon grapes. Our white di Michi DOC has a straw yellow color, it has a delicate, long and intense aroma and a dry, full and delicate taste. It accompagnies perfectly all fish and seafood dishes and white meat dishes as well as the various cheeses from the region.
