According to the local traditions from the past, Aurum is a wine produced from various white grapes cultivated at the Fratelli Urbani farm: Vermentino, Trebbiano and Malvasia as well as small portions of other white grapes. It is fermented for a couple of days together with the skin of the grapes, which gives it a deep yellow color. It ages in stainless steel tanks for 8 – 10 months before being bottled.

Aurum accompanies perfectly traditional seafood dishes, but goes also very well with white meat and desserts or biscuits.

Aurum needs to be served cool but not cold.
