Dear Jamesvillas guest of Podere de' Pardi,

we would like to inform you that in October 2019 the ownership of the Podere de' Pardi did change. We - these are my husband Ebenezer and I, Eva - have not prolonged the rental contract with Jamesvillas but offer our villa directly to our guests.

Location and services are the same as you know from the past with some enhancements:

• dining table for up to 10 persons in the living room
• dining table for up to 10 persons on the terrace
• new bed sofa in the living room
• refresh of kitchen equipment to ensure that everything (plates, glasses and cutlery) are available for 10 persons
  
  
• service of restaurant reservation or dinner at home
• service of booking wine tastings or wine and oil tasing at home
• mountain bike rental service
• ...

You want to return to Vicopisano ... check our availabilities - the 2020 season is now open - and send us a booking request from here. As a former Jamesvillas guest we offer you for a stay of at least one week booked by March 31, 2020 a special fidelity discount of 10% on the rental price.
